Skype Consultation

If asking questions via email is not your cup of tea, you can book me for a Skype conference call and pay me for my time instead. You are free to ask me any number of questions during the allocated time and recording of our conversation is allowed for later references.

Instructions

1. I charge US$100 for the 1st 30 minutes and make it cheaper for longer periods.
2. Please determine how much of my time you need and click on the Paypal button above to make your payment.
3. Once payment has been made, please send me an email at aldric@aldricchang to give me your Paypal receipt number and your questions (if you already have them).
4. I will always endeavor to revert with available time slots within 1-2 days, unless I am on an overseas assignment.
5. To get the most out of this arrangement, please be as specific as possible with your questions and avoid being ambiguous. The more you are able to zoom in to what you want to know, the better value I would be able to give you. Also, please introduce yourself and describe your agenda clearly in your email to me. The more details you give me in the email, the less time we spend working out the nitty gritties during the actual Skype call.

Terms of Usage

1. If there are questions relevant to my scope of expertise I cannot answer in the course of the Skype call, I will be prompt in telling you I do not have the answer so that we can move on quickly.
2. If you are asking me a question not within my scope of expertise or something I cannot answer due to conflicting interests with my businesses or projects, I will refund you your money.
3. If it is clear that I do not have the answers to many of your questions, I will initiate a refund back to you.
4. There will be no refund for any portion of time unused.
5. If you are late for the Skype call, the time for which the period you are late is considered spent and the section will end according to schedule. I will be available on Skype until
6. If I am late for the Skype call, I will make up for the time loss and your inconvenience by giving you bonus time (the time for which I am late) on top of the original allocated time.
7. If there is a technical glitch on Skype and it is clear that it is not due to any fault of either of us being late, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
8. If you need to reschedule, there will be no penalty fee imposed if you inform me at least 1 day in advance. If you inform me a few hours prior the call, there will be a $50 penalty fee imposed.
9. You are free to record or transcript the contents of our conversation for future references, but you are not allowed to package and sell the recording as part of a tutorial or commercial product and/or broadcast the recording to an audience both online or offline without my expressed written permission.
